The Academy of Business Science located in Seattle began a partnership with Seattle Central College in 2015 to provide coursework in Cannabis approved by the Washington State Department of Health. With lots of interesting and accredited courses and certificates is an online Cooking with Cannabis course taught by Mary J White. Mary J has several cookbooks for cooking with cannabis and CBD on her website. Mary offers other classes outside of Seattle Central College which use Cannabis Ruderalis (high in CBD, low in THC).
Seattle Central is a community college and the cannabis courses sit in it Continuing Education department under the Cannabis Institute. Retail cannabis stores in Washington State which are medically endorsed are required to have a certified Medical Cannabis Consultant on staff. Seattle Central offers that certified training as well.
