Three years after the Cannabis WA Party shocked WA by winning two seats in the Legislative Council, its two MPs will introduce a Bill into State Parliament to legalise weed.
GP and parliamentarian Dr Brian Walker says the Bill — which would allow West Australians to legally possess 50 grams of cannabis and permit households to grow six plants — will be introduced into the Upper House on March 21 and is scheduled for debate on June 13.
