On Thursday, July 25, the Division will host the permanent rulemaking hearing for initial implementation of the Regulated Natural Medicine Program. During the hearing, the Division will present the full rule set, which has been presented and discussed over the course of seven work group meetings from March through July. The day will be broken into two sessions starting at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., with time during each session for public comments.
The permanent rulemaking hearing will have in-person and virtual options to attend. The agenda and draft rules are now available on the Division’s website and in the Division’s Public Resources-Rulemaking Materials folder.
The permanent rulemaking hearing provides a final opportunity for stakeholders to make oral comments on the draft proposed rules during the public forum. We invite all interested parties to participate. Please see the enclosed agenda (linked above) for additional information and resources to help you prepare your attendance, engagement, and any comments you may wish to share.
