Full Job Description
High end boutique firm seeks 3rd-7th year corporate associate attorney. Ideal applicants will have experience representing high-growth businesses in connection with financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Matters on which candidate may work may relate to tokenized assets (cryptocurrency), cannabis and many other industry sectors. Working knowledge of (i) intellectual property transactions and (ii) Regulation A of the ’33 Act preferred. Candidates will have worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm and will have relevant and substantial experience in advising both private and public companies with regard to complex corporate legal matters.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $190,000.00 per year
