Decriminalize Nature Looks To Raise $30,000 As It Looks To Operate In Over 42 US Cities

Decriminalize Nature is growing with DN teams active in over 42+ cities across the US

Since Oakland passed on June 4th, 2019, DN is emerging as a leader in policy change:

• Seven cities (Oakland, CA Santa Cruz, CA, Ann Arbor, MI, Washington, DC, Somerville, Cambridge, and Northampton, MA) have now decriminalized entheogenic plants and fungi.
• DN is working closely with Senator Wiener’s office to decriminalize entheogens in CA with SB 519, passing through the 1st committee, the Public Safety Committee with a 4-1 vote.
• Decriminalize Nature Michigan is introducing statewide legislation in the next few months.
