Department of Cannabis Control Announces Three New Resources: Department of Pesticide Regulation Publishes List of Pesticide Products for Use in Cannabis Cultivation / Cannabis Recall Portal  / Corrective Action Plan for Remediation
The California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) has released a list of pesticide products that comply with California’s guidelines for use on growing cannabis.  This list is intended to assist cannabis growers and licensed pesticide applicators with identifying appropriate options for pest management.

Corrective Action Plan for Remediation

Form 17, Corrective Action Plan for Remediation, may be used when cannabis or cannabis product is to be remediated, reprocessed, relabeled, reformulated, or modified in any way.  A Corrective Action Plan must be approved by DCC prior to beginning any remediation, reprocessing, repackaging, relabeling, reformulation, or modification to the cannabis or cannabis product.
