At this stage I’m not sure whether the analogy is Groundhog Day or as it is xmas, the Grinch.
He was, as we all know, happy to force through hemp legislation at hyperspeed. Votes and money in Kentucky ensured that.
But commonsense and bi-partisan politics be damned when it comes to the evil weed.
At the same time the blame must also sit with the democrats. The rest of the party needs to fully support the Bookers & Schumers of this world and pull their fingers out and just get on with it and stop trying to slip cannabis into other bills.
