The annual European Industrial Hemp Association (EIHA) conference will be an online only affair this June due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, organizer nova-Institute GmbH has announced.
“The fast-growing hemp and cannabis sectors need exchange and discussion now more than ever,” said Michael Carus, Managing Director at nova. “We don’t see any reason why the current crisis should slow down development of the potential for industrial hemp.”
Speakers confirmed
More than 30 expert speakers are confirmed to make presentations during the June 16-17 conference; they will explore the latest developments in fibers, shives, seeds, oil and CBD. Applications include textiles, construction materials, bio-composites for packaging and automotive, food & food supplements, feed and pharmaceuticals.
