Event: Colorado vs. Oregon – CO’s Natural Medicine Act and Oregon’s Psilocybin Services

Details

With two states now offering access to psilocybin in a regulated format, more options are available for adults looking for mental health and adult supported use. However, there are differences for both professionals and seekers.

Join the Colorado Psychedelic Society and the Psilocybin Assisted Therapy Association as we host a training featuring Sean McAllister with McAllister Law Office, a pioneer in psychedelic law and drafter of CO’s Natural Medicine Act.

Sean will lead us through a strong overview of CO’s model for decrim and the regulated facilitation of psilocybin at licensed healing centers. He’ll also compare that to Oregon’s adult supported use model and share what is needed by professionals to remain compliant and protected.

This one-hour training will include a presentation and a Q&A period.
