LumaLex Law Expands through Merger with Szpigiel Law
Miami Beach, FL – February 17, 2024 – LumaLex Law, a full-service law firm based in Miami Beach, Florida, is pleased to announce that it is significantly expanding its capabilities and geographical footprint through its strategic merger with Szpigiel Law. The combined firm will operate under the name LumaLex Law and now has a team of 10 attorneys licensed across eight states: Florida, New York, New Jersey, California, Maryland, Washington D.C., Massachusetts and Arizona.
This merger enhances LumaLex Law’s ability to serve a diverse clientele, including founders, entrepreneurs, early-stage companies, mid-sized companies, individual investors, and institutional investment firms. Additionally, the merger establishes the firm as a leader in commercial real estate law, offering expanded services in commercial real estate financing and restructuring, commercial leases, real estate partnerships and investment vehicles, and real estate acquisitions.
