Florida – FDACS Alert: CONSUMER SCAM ALERT – Please read immediately to protect yourself.

 
It has been brought to the attention of FDACS, that the email below is being sent to hemp industry participants and interested parties.  Please DO NOT respond nor pay the $50.   FDACS does not collect permit fees via email.  FDACS Hemp program does not use PayPal to collect permit fees. 
 
Hemp Fees:
Cultivation/Grow Permit Fee $0
Processing/Manufacturing $650 per year
Wholesale/Distribute/Warehousing  $650 per year
Retail/online  $650 per year
Seed Dealer  $ 10 – $4600
Pet Food/Feed Dealer $ 40 – $3500
