In this fourteenth video of our Fourth Lecture Series (remake), I discuss O Centro’s “battle of the experts” on the issue of diversion. Here, I sort out all the relevant inquiries and how those played out in this case. These diversion factors are great guidelines for entheogen-based religious practitioners to consider when handling Sacraments which are controlled substances. Finally, I discuss the mechanics of RFRA, its relative burdens, and how it marks the high tide mark for religious freedoms in the U.S.
