Four 20 Pharma secures trademark protection for “Rambo Zambo”
2025-03-24 | Cannabis manufacturer Four 20 Pharma GmbH has had the slogan “Rambo Zambo” protected by the German Patent and Trademark Office for pharmaceutical products as well as tobacco and tobacco substitutes, reports rundschau-online. According to the company spokesperson, there is currently no concrete plan to use the slogan. The term was originally used by CDU politician Friedrich Merz during the election campaign and later picked up by Stefan Raab in a song. Previously, an entrepreneur from Arnsberg had secured the trademark for a liqueur.
