Million dollar fraud: Schuhbeck judge negotiates cannabis trio in Munich

The trio is accused of falsifying documents and fraud on the dock: Said M. (31, employee), Christian B. (37, project manager) and Necim P. (30, without profession) are currently sitting there. According to an investigation by the public prosecutor, they are said to have initially committed fraud related to Corona emergency aid. The indictment lists four different complexes of crime and five-digit damage.
Fraudulent million end than with cannabis products
However, the much larger part of the indictment includes fraud with cannabis products. According to the investigation, the damage here is in the millions. According to the indictment, the trio merged into a group of companies in 2020, which is said to have systematically ripped off its business partners –, among other things, through diced investments and falsified documents. The charge lists thousands of cases – with several million euros in damage.
Judgment expected only in August
On another 20 days of negotiations, the presiding judge Andrea Wagner negotiates the fraud case. In October 2022, she sentenced Alfons Schuhbeck to prison. The same threatens the three accused.
