GARDAI are alleging that €60 worth of cannabis was found on a woman in a Clara churchyard and a further amount valued at €340 was located at a house in Daingean.
Sylvia Mulhall (36), The Foot Barrack, Main Street, Daingean, is facing charges alleging possession of the drug at the church, The Square, Clara, on February 2 last year, and at her address in Daingean the following day, February 3.
When the case came before Tullamore District Court last week, Sergeant James O’Sullivan said a certificate in relation to the matter had been received by the gardai from the forensic science laboratory.
