In#Italy, the Ministry of Health, with a Decree published yesterday 21 August, lifted the suspension of the 2020 decree with which it had included#CBDcompositions for oral administration obtained from#cannabisextracts in the table of narcotic medicinal products.
While it is clear that CBD is (also) a pharmaceutical API, its inclusion among narcotic drugs is certainly questionable.
While we wait for developments some of my considerations in the article below.
