The local Narcotics police are probing another multi-million dollar cocaine bust at Sangster International Airport in St. James.
The cops say they seized seven kilogrammes of cocaine with a street value of US$210,000 or J$32 million at the airport on Monday.
It’s reported that about 5:30 p.m., members of the Narcotics Interdiction Team assisted by the Jamaica Customs Contraband Enforcement team conducted a search of a restroom inside the main terminal building of the airport.
They found the illicit drugs concealed in packages labelled coffee.
No one was arrested in connection with the seizure.
