A small, but in my book a very important alert.

LCB Board Action: Cannabis waste rules filed – public comment period now open

On May 22, during a regularly scheduled meeting, the Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following action related to cannabis rulemaking:

Approved preproposal statement of inquiry (CR 101) to begin implementation of SSB 5376 regarding the sales of cannabis waste.

The Board is accepting comments on this rulemaking notice until July 6, 2024. Please contact [email protected] with comments or questions on this rulemaking.
