LCB Board Action: Prohibited Conduct Rule Repealed
On June 18, 2024, during a meeting rescheduled from June 19, 2024 due to the Juneteenth holiday, the Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following actions:
Final Rules Adopted – Effective July 19, 2024:
The Board adopted final rules (CR 103) repealing the prohibited conduct rule, WAC 314-11-050, and removing references to it from other rules.
