Listen and Learn Forum: Draft Conceptual Penalty Rules #2

The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) is hosting a second Listen and Learn forum concerning draft conceptual penalty rules (red-line version; non-red-line versionreleased on August 29, 2019. An agenda is attached to help you prepare. This is the second of two forums on these draft conceptual rules.

Please join us on October 31, 2019, from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. at our Headquarters Boardroom, located at 1025 Union Avenue SE, in downtown Olympia. You may also attend via webinar.

Please come prepared to offer feedback and suggestions regarding the following proposed new rule sections:

  • WAC 314-55-509 (from draft conceptual rule set)
  • WAC 314-55-520 (from draft conceptual rule set)
  • WAC 314-55-521 (from draft conceptual rule set)
  • WAC 314-55-522 (from draft conceptual rule set)
  • WAC 314-55-523 (from draft conceptual rule set)
  • WAC 314-55-524 (from draft conceptual rule set)
  • WAC 314-55-540 (from draft conceptual rule set)

We invite you to come prepared to offer feedback and suggestions regarding the draft conceptual revisions. For your consideration, we’ve included comments received from stakeholders during the first Listen and Learn session.

Please remember that we are still in the developmental phase of rulemaking, and these are not proposed or final rules. To help you prepare for this listen/learn/contribute forum, please review the guidance document prepared for this and future forums.
