BREAKING NEWS (exclusive); Leah Cooke Daniels, of Massachusetts adult and medical use license applicant Alchemy League, held in jail after being arrested following shootout and attempted un-aliving
Leah Cooke Daniels, a license applicant within the adult and medical use industry in Massachusetts –and owner of infamous firm Alchemy League (who joined an infamous anti-equity trade group, the CDA, during a major community boycott)– was arrested in March of 2024, and held without bail, for attempting to un-alive someone with a loaded weapon (possessed illegally).
The company has a number of provisional license applications in front of state regulators, and, in 2020, Daniels and her wife infamously interrupted a CCC meeting in an attempt to pressure regulators to license Daniels (with the help of a woman named Maggie Kinsella) to license Daniels despite a prior violent criminal incident involving a knife.
If Daniels can be license by the CCC while in jail and facing these charges remains unclear.
The next hearing in the shocking case is this Friday (6/7/24) at Boston Municipal Court – Roxbury. The hearing starts at 9am, ET.
This story is breaking and will be updated. Presumed innocent, etc
