Mind Medicine Australia Postpones Conference Until November 2021

Here’s their email update in full…….Due to the COVID-19 related restrictions, Mind Medicine Australia has made the difficult but necessary decision to postpone its International Summit on Psychedelic Therapies for Mental Illness until November 2021.

With a significant number of international speakers and guests confirmed, and due to the unpredictability of the ongoing crisis, we want to ensure that all of our international friends and family are able to join us in person for this momentous occasion.

Fortunately, we still plan to run our two-day Introduction Workshop on the 16th and 17th November 2020 and look forward to seeing many of you then.

Next year, we will be hosting a second Introductory Workshop on the 17th and 18th of November and our inaugural International Summit on Psychedelic Therapies for Mental Illness on the 19th and 20th of November 2021featuring the same wonderful presenters.

We are pleased to advise that ticket holders will automatically be transferred to the new event dates.

This crisis has highlighted the ongoing difficulties faced by our current mental healthcare system to provide adequate treatment to the increasing numbers of people suffering most from mental illness. This has meant that we have been working harder than ever to ensure that every Australian that needs it will be empowered and able to access evidence-based and effective treatment through psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

In the meantime, we look forward to seeing you at our numerous upcoming free webinars and a range of other events around Australia in partnership with our MMA Chapters.

As always, we greatly appreciate and extend our best wishes to all of our supporters across the world. Your messages of support and generosity over this very difficult period have buoyed our spirits and kept us focused on our important mission. MMA is very fortunate to have such a passionate community around it. Thank you all for your understanding and consideration.

Yours in health and wellness,
