Observe as hemp bills take center stage as they are heard in committee on March 5 at 9:45 a.m. in 200 State Office Building.
Following the hearing, MHA members and supporters will gather for an afternoon of conversations and education about the challenges and opportunities of the Minnesota hemp industry at the Minnesota State Capitol.

The timeline for the day is as follows:
9:45 a.m. — Hemp bills being heard in committee
11:30 a.m. — Check in begins
12:00 p.m. — Lobby Day Training
12:30 p.m. — Minnesota Hemp Association Press Conference
1:00 p.m. — Legislative meetings begin*

We will also use our time at the Capitol to advocate for improvements to hemp policy, including:
- authorizing the use of hemp products in food and beverage
- changing Minnesota’s labeling law
- restricting the sale of vapable and smokable hemp products to adults 21+
