Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation removes almost 15,000 marijuana products from recall list

The Missouri Division of Cannabis Regulation has removed almost 15,000 products originally recalled over the summer as of an updated list on Oct. 20.

The DCR issued a recall notice in August that included manufactured products sold to dispensaries and manufacturers by Delta Extraction, LLC, for a “potential threat to public health and safety.”

According to the August release, products were not compliantly tracked in the statewide track and trace system, METRC, to allow the DCR to verify the products came from marijuana grown in Missouri or that the product passed required testing before being sold at dispensaries.

In an updated notice from the department posted online, after a review of the products on recall, it was verified that some of the products contain “THC solely sourced from marijuana products grown in the Missouri regulated market.”
