Trump Administration Weighs In On Industrial Hemp

Although it is true that there have been some concerns about oversupply, these statements are disingenuous, at best. First of all, the Administration routinely boasts about how quickly and thoroughly it eliminates regulations in the market. Its desire to regulate hemp is completely out of character. Second, the idea that the Justice Department and DEA should regulate industrial hemp is ludicrous.

CBD, HEMP, AND THE “CURSE OF A VALID DEFENSE”

Oral arguments in the Hemp Industries Association v. DEA case wrapped up a few minutes ago. Attorney Bob Hoban argued on behalf of the Hemp Industries Association (HIA) and the other co-Plaintiffs.

Open Letter To: The Honorable Thom Tillis US Senator For North Carolina

“Mr. Tillis, I appreciate that you responded to me. However, your understanding of marijuana, as evidenced by your letter, is almost wholly misinformed.
