Notes on First Meeting of Licensing & Application Requirements and Procedures

Thank you for taking the time to attend our first Work Group meeting where we discussed proposed rules covering Licensing & Application Requirements and Procedures. The meeting recording and presentation are available on the Division’s Rulemaking webpage.

We appreciate the thoughtful comments and feedback on the draft rules, which we will be working to incorporate into the draft rules. We will post updated draft rules on the Division’s website and in the Division’s public resources folder.

Feedback gained during the rulemaking work groups will inform future meeting agenda items, discussions, questions, and the development of the Division’s proposed rules.

To provide written comments on the draft rules, please use our written comment form. Written comments are critical to the process of developing draft rules prior to our final rulemaking hearing on July 25, 2024.

We have also developed a survey to gather more information about who is considering applying for a license to operate a Natural Medicine Facility. This survey will inform the scope of participation in the space, and allow us to tailor rules to potential participants. Please fill out this questionnaire.

Again, thank you for your participation in the work groups. If you would like to attend future meetings, please see the schedule below for upcoming topics.
