Notification of Mandatory Product Recall  September 12, 2024

The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is issuing this consumer advisory for multiple products manufactured by LVLUP Manufacturing, LLC.  A notice of mandatory recall has been issued for a single “Lime Ultra 5 Pack Infused Pre-Rolls” infused pre-roll product due to the presence of the pesticide chlorfenapyr, and due to inaccurate labeling, that reports more cannabinoid content than the product contains.  A notice of mandatory recall has also been issued for a single “Lime Ready to Roll” infused flower product due to the presence of the pesticide chlorfenapyr.

Consumers who purchased these products are urged to check their packaging for the UID and batch numbers listed on the website.
