Notification of Voluntary Recall   March 14, 2025  – Caps Apothecary Inc. infused pre-roll and infused flower

The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is issuing this notice of voluntary recall for multiple infused flower and infused pre-roll products manufactured by Caps Apothecary Inc. due to incomplete and incorrect regulatory compliance testing. The products were sold as unknown brand names.

Consumers who purchased these products are urged to check their packaging for the UID and batch number listed on DCC’s website.

Consumers 

If you purchased these products:

• If you are experiencing symptoms or any adverse reactions, contact your physician immediately.
• Check your package for the UID and batch numbers included in this recall.
• If the numbers match, dispose of the product or return it to the retailer for proper disposal.

Licensees 

DCC and/or the Distributor will send email notices to all licensees with a recalled product in their inventory with instructions. If you have questions, or need additional information, please contact recalls@cannabis.ca.gov
