Portland, OR —The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) is issuing product recalls for rice cereal treat marijuana edibles sold under the name Elitextrx 1:1 Crispy that failed to disclose the presence of butter, which contains the major allergen milk. The edibles may have been sold by up to 19 different recreational marijuana retailers to consumers in the state from approximately May 2018 to January 2025.
The OLCC is utilizing the state’s Cannabis Tracking System (CTS) to identify affected inventory and issue notices to retailers and other licensees to halt further distribution and sale. The product poses a risk to public health and safety and should not be sold or consumed.
