| OPS Public Comment Period in October 2024 | 09/05/2024 | Greetings,
Oregon Psilocybin Services (OPS) is preparing for our 2024 Public Comment Period, scheduled for October 1 – October 21, 2024. Proposed rules will be posted to the OPS Administrative Rules webpage and sent to our distribution list at the beginning of October. The proposed rules will include draft rules related to psilocybin services, licensed premises, training programs and facilitators, in addition to rules related to the implementation of Senate Bill 303. During the public comment period, we invite you to submit your comments in writing and to attend the virtual public hearings listed below:
Tuesday, October 15, 2024 – 6:00pm – 7:30pm Wednesday, October 16, 2024 – 10:00am – 11:30am Thursday, October 17, 2024 – 11:30am – 1:00pm
You can find more information about the public hearings on the OPS Administrative Rules webpage. Spanish and American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will be provided, as well as CART captioning. Please let us know if you have any accommodation requests. As a reminder, the current rules will remain in effect until proposed rules are finalized and adopted at the end of the year.
