Oregon Psilocybin Services section (OPS) shares 2024 Year-in-Review, a summary of “our accomplishments over the past year.”

OPS Year-in-Review + 2025 Updates
Greetings,

The Oregon Psilocybin Services section (OPS) is excited to share our 2024 Year-in-Review, a summary of our accomplishments over the past year.

As we begin the new year, we also want to share the following reminders:

  • As of January 1, 2025, there are no licensee residency requirements due to the expiration of a provision in ORS 475A. License applicants no longer need to provide proof of residency in Oregon. Of course, all licensed premises must still be located within the state of Oregon.
  • Several temporary prohibitions within local jurisdictions expire at the end of this year. We have updated the OPS Local Ordinance and Ballot Measure spreadsheet with expiration dates, as well as updated 2024 election results. Please note that several local jurisdictions approved permanent prohibitions in places where temporary prohibitions were about to expire.
  • As of January 1, 2025, all clients of psilocybin services will be required to complete a new 303 Client Data Form during their preparation session. All OPS license applicants and current licensees will also be required to complete a REAL-SOGI These new requirements are part of the implementation of Senate Bill 303 – to learn more, please go to the OPS SB 303 and Data Collection Information page.
