Calyx Law, a boutique law firm specializing in intellectual property related to psychedelics and emerging technologies, is seeking a Patent Agent. Job duties will include preparing and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications, conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses, and contributing to IP strategy and portfolio management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of experience
- A strong graduate-level background in chemistry or a life science
- Outstanding writing and analytical skills
- Strong academic credentials
USPTO registration is required.
