On April 28 and 29, Vicente LLP is proud to participate as an exhibitor at the 50th Annual Federal Bar Association (FBA) Indian Law Conference at Sandia Resort in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This milestone event will bring together Tribal voices, policymakers, and legal professionals for insightful discussions on the advancement of Tribal Law and related policy. The conference focuses on supporting Tribes and Indigenous communities in protecting their rights, lands, culture, and well-being while fostering collaboration with state and federal governments.

Vicente founding partner Brian Vicente, senior associate Yolanda Clarke, partner Jason Tarasek and marketing manager Samantha Fow will be on site, engaging with attendees, sharing resources, and attending CLE sessions.

Visit us at our exhibitor table #22, where we will be showcasing a map of tribal cannabis and hemp markets across the U.S. along with other educational materials. We collaborated with the Indigenous Cannabis Industry Association (ICIA) to gather data and design this map to provide a comprehensive and up-to-date representation of the evolving landscape of Tribal cannabis and hemp initiatives. If you are attending, we would love to connect and discuss ways we can support Tribal sovereignty and economic development through cannabis and hemp law.
