Mission
The Mission of the Symposium is to engage and integrate interdisciplinary associations and organizations, including law enforcement, attorneys, judges, drug court professional, the drug and alcohol testing industry, human resources, and academia around the topic of Marijuana. There will be several tracks and panels dedicated to each discipline along with integrated plenaries and workshops.
The objectives will include:
To Identify the current issues related to the legalization of marijuana and its impact on law enforcement, attorneys, judges, drug court professional, the drug and alcohol testing industry and human resources.
To analyze how marijuana related issues are addressed by each discipline.
To develop an educated approach and plan to address the issues facing each discipline with a multidisciplinary perspective.
