Our client is looking for Senior Associates/Attorneys to join their expanding practice with select opportunities within our Business Litigation, Intellectual Property and Transactional Groups.
Requirements:
- A license to practice law in the state of Nevada
- Solid academic foundation and an established professional record
- Substantive transactional experience and/or litigation experience
- A flexible, personable, and team-oriented attitude and approach, with willingness to seek feedback and collaborate with other firm attorneys
- An ability to think out-of-the-box, and operate in a fast-paced and growing small firm environment
- The ability to handle multifaceted legal issues and see projects through to conclusion
- The ability to communicate with sophisticated clients who expect their counsel to possess a high level of skill and the ability to distill complex issues to offer decisive and practical recommendations with sound judgment
- A strong sense of purpose, drive, and the desire to achieve the best possible outcome in every instance
- Knowledge of patent law and procedure, or
- Knowledge of cannabis law at local and state levels of government; however, we assist with developing cannabis law practice.
