SOMAÍ Pharmaceuticals signed a Manufacturing Agreement with Canna Forest in November as one of many future tolling agreements with growers. Under the agreement, SOMAÍ will process CannaForest‘s high-THC medical cannabis flower into EU-GMP extracted APIs for sale in Australia and Germany. SOMAÍ’s model to work with cultivators and their many strains in order to bring extracts and strain-specific extract lines in addition to their own will yield a portfolio of unique strain products for patients and doctors.  In November, SOMAÍ Pharmaceuticals installed our new cutting-edge Blister Packaging Machine and two cartoning machines to complete full automation and best practices packaging. This state-of-the-art equipment is poised to substantially enhance the precision and quality of our soft gel capsule manufacturing, underscoring our dedication to innovation and dependability. The newly incorporated cartoning machines, known for their efficiency and reliability, play a crucial role in the packaging process. They enable seamless and standardized packaging, ensuring our products adhere to the highest quality standards throughout the production cycle. This integration aligns seamlessly with our commitment to innovation and underscores our dedication to delivering pharmaceutical solutions of unparalleled quality and reliability. From January 1st, 2024, SOMAÍ will become a full member of APIFARMA, the Portuguese Association of Pharmaceutical Industry. SOMAÍ is committed to the Portuguese community and will also be registering 20 products through the ACM process. This affiliation provides SOMAÍ with a platform to establish itself within the broader pharmaceutical community in Portugal, opening up opportunities for networking, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing with industry peers. As a member, SOMAÍ gains the chance to actively participate in decision-making processes that influence the regulatory landscape and overall direction of the pharmaceutical sector in Portugal. This move reflects our commitment to contributing to the growth and advancement of the pharmaceutical sector in Portugal.  We are excited to announce the launch of our new Flower Catalogue, which demonstrates our continued dedication to providing all patient delivery preferences, including top-quality cannabis flower.
