The next big step for BFASA in exposing the mess that SAHPRA has caused to our pharma Cannabis industry. We would also like to inform you that BFASA will host a March on the 22^nd April 2021 for the complete shutdown of SAHPRA.

Here is the an open letter addressed to Helen Rees SAPHRA Board Chair which also asks that Dr. Zweli Mkhize, Minister of Health stand down from his position in the government as he is the person responsible for the issuance of cannabis licenses

SAHPRA gives no support or opportunity for black farmers who cannot afford their “normal” standard of entry.
SAHPRA must shut down as they clearly cannot steer our cannabis industry with a sustainable and inclusive manner.
