For this years tax filing deadline, the OLCC has issued a temporary order which allows under certain circumstances, marijuana retailers to be eligible for a tax extension. This order is effective: 02/16/2024 through 08/13/2024 and grants tax compliance relief “only in specific situations where the licensee is in compliance with marijuana taxes and diligently trying to obtain a certificate of compliance while working through other tax issues”.
