The Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR), in conjunction with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), is issuing two Health and Safety advisories this afternoon:
1) The DOR is issuing a Health and Safety Advisory (HSA) due to the identification of artificial ingredients in Vaporizer Delivery Devices produced by PBS HOLDCO LLC, doing business as Purplebee’s. The CDPHE and DOR deem it a threat to public health and safety when marijuana in Vaporizer Delivery Devices is found to have artificial ingredients, which are prohibited in Colorado Marijuana Rules.
2) The DOR is issuing a Health and Safety Advisory (HSA) due to the identification of contaminated Regulated Pre-Rolled Marijuana produced by Magic City Farms 1 LLC. The DOR and CDPHE deem it a threat to public health and safety when marijuana is found to have Total Yeast and Mold and Aspergillus above the acceptable limits established in Colorado Marijuana Rule 4-215.
