The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board adopted the following interim policies on December 12, 2018:

• BIP-10-2018 – Marijuana Labeling – Marijuana Infused Edibles Colors (Effective December 12, 2018)
• BIP-07-2018 – Marijuana Labeling- False and Misleading Definition Clarification (Effective December 12, 2018)
• BIP-06-2018 – Personal Funds for Business (Effective December 12, 2018)
