Willie Nelson is to release a cannabis cookbook with his wife Annie.
The country star has written the recipe book with his wife that aims to bring together “his gift for storytelling and herbal remedies with his wife Annie’s passion for home cooked meals”, according to the official book description.
Every recipe in Willie & Annie Nelson’s Cannabis Cookbook is based on a meal the 91-year-old singer has had on his tours and at his ranch, and comes with a story about his memories of the food.
The dishes include Buffalo wings, chocolate cake and fried chicken. There’s also a chapter dedicated making cannabis-infused base ingredients, such as cannabutter, syrups, sugars and salts.
The Always on My Mind singer has been married to Annie for 33 years. They live together on a ranch in Texas. Willie is currently touring the US, with 32 upcoming concerts across the country.
The book will be released on 12 November.
