Cologne, Germany-based Cannamedical is recalling a batch of cannabis flower after contamination above acceptable levels was detected, Marijuana Business Daily reports….
“On Tuesday, Cannamedical voluntarily started a recall of one batch of flower of our ‘Sativa’ variety because contamination has been detected by two of our pharmacy clients as well as in some product containers reviewed by our quality assurance team,” David Henn, CEO of the German independent wholesaler, told MJBizDaily.
According to Henn, the products were sold to pharmacies between July 21 and Aug. 29. The batch number is CMMA20FSSM071456.

Cannamedical Pharma calls on pharmacies that have been supplied with Cannamedical Sativa Cannabis Flower Substance 10 g (Ch.-B .: CMMA20FSSM071456) to add their BTM register to 10 g of cannabis Flos of the Cannamedical Sativa variety (PZN 15385827) of the batch mentioned check and inform Cannamedical Pharma in writing about the corresponding products in their warehouse at firstname.lastname@example.org .

After an e-mail notification from Cannamedical Pharma, the collection will be arranged by a BTM courier against delivery receipt from the pharmacy by Cannamedical Pharma GmbH, according to the corresponding notification from the German Pharmacists’ Medicines Commission ( AMK ).
