Full Job Description
A Los Angeles full-service law firm seeks a Transactional Associate Attorney. This firm has a robust transactional practice and is interested in an attorneys familiar with a wide variety of corporate transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, employment law, entertainment law, intellectual property, corporate finance, venture capital and cannabis. Experience in Cannabis is desirable but not essential. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This attorney would be responsible for negotiating transactions, drafting and reviewing agreements, and maintaining client portfolios. This associate attorney will work directly with the partner. This position is remote.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate transactions on behalf of clients
Draft and review agreements, contracts, and other legal documents
Maintain client portfolios
Work directly with firm partner
Practice areas may include MAs, real estate, employment law, entertainment law, intellectual property, corporate finance, venture capital and cannabis

Qualifications:
Admitted to the California bar
4+ years of experience in corporate transactional work
Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills

- $123K – $165K p/year depending on experience
