One man and two women were arrested by police during an operation yesterday in San Fernando.
The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) reported Southern Division Task Force (SDTF) officers were conducting an operation when they intercepted a silver Nissan B-13 motor vehicle along Hubert Rance Street, San Fernando.
During a search of the vehicle, the 41-year-old driver and a 26-year-old female passenger were found to be in possession of 420 grams of cannabis, 17 grams of cocaine, 150 methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA/Molly) pills, 25 grams of cannabis resin (hashish) and 42.5 grams of psilocybin (mushrooms).
Both suspects were arrested.
Further investigations led the officers to a house located nearby.
