Tuesday, Dec. 31, we will begin accepting applications for Natural Medicine Business licenses, including Healing Centers, Cultivations, Testing Facilities, and Product Manufacturers, and applications for an Owner license or Natural Medicine Handler license.

You can also find previously shared materials, such as advertising rules and a security checklist, on the Resources webpage and in the Bulletins and Compliance folder. In addition, you can find answers to frequently asked questions on the website’s FAQs page.
We encourage you to submit your application online. If you prefer to schedule an in-person appointment to submit your application, please follow this link to sign-up for an appointment. There will be limited appointment slots for in-person assistance at our Lakewood office starting on Friday, Jan. 10. We will be open from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. on Fridays only for in-person appointments.
