Director Will de Peyer has been confirmed as the Chair of the newly formed Cannabis Industry Council’s Lobbying Subgroup, which had its first meeting last week. The Council, which now has 97 members, welcomed 26 members to its Lobbying Subgroup. As Chair, Will will support the wider aims and objectives of the Council, ensuring the voice of the sector is heard at the highest level of Government.
An Economic Adviser and Public Affairs expert, Will spent five years working at the heart of Government as Special Adviser in HM Treasury and is committed to developing the UK’s medical cannabis market into one of the most professional and trusted in the world.
