CUMBRIA Police have closed a road in Carlisle following the discovery of a suspected substantial cannabis factory.
A spokesperson from Cumbria Police said: “Police have seized a number of cannabis plants following the discovery of a suspected substantial cannabis factory in a building on Collier Lane, Carlisle.
“The public are being asked to avoid Collier Lane which is currently closed as investigations continue.”
