UK: Police find cannabis factory in Harrow after complaints from residents

Wealdstone Police tweeted yesterday (30 September): “This morning our DWO’s have closed a cannabis factory after calls from concerned residents unfortunately the property had been cleared out before officers had arrived #Marlborough #Harrow.”
