USA: South Carolina woman had $180K worth of cocaine shipped to home

A South Carolina woman was arrested and charged after having $180,000 worth of cocaine shipped to her home, according to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office.

Quanisha Lashay Manago, 28, was charged with cocaine trafficking (for around 3000 grams, or about 6.6 pounds) as well as possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

Deputies said agents from multiple agencies seized 6.645 pounds of suspected cocaine after a controlled delivery of the substance to a home on Monday, Feb. 13.

According to a report, agents of the Lancaster County Drug Task Force received information that a parcel containing the cocaine was being shipped from a location outside the continental U.S. to the address.

The parcel was intercepted then tested and contained two large bricks of compressed powder, deputies said.
