The ️ USVI Office of Cannabis Regulation (OCR) has announced the limited number of licenses they’ll issue this year for adult-use cannabis:

St. Thomas:

-7 Cannabis Dispensary Licenses
-15 Cannabis Cultivation Licenses

St. John:

-3 Cannabis Dispensary Licenses
-5 Cannabis Cultivation Licenses

St. Croix:

-7 Cannabis Dispensary Licenses
-15 Cannabis Cultivation Licenses
